1. Start with clean and dry skin. It's best to apply magnesium butter after a shower or bath.
2. Take a small amount of magnesium butter and rub it into your skin. You can apply it directly to the area where you need it or all over your body.
3. Massage the butter into your skin until it is fully absorbed. It's important to massage the butter in well to ensure maximum absorption.
4. Allow the butter to dry completely before getting dressed. This usually takes a few minutes.
5. Use as needed, preferably once or twice a day, depending on your individual needs.

Some additional tips:

• If you are new to using magnesium butter, start with a small amount and gradually increase the amount as needed.
• Avoid applying magnesium butter to broken or irritated skin.
• Wash your hands thoroughly after applying magnesium butter to avoid getting it in your eyes or mouth.
• Store magnesium butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• We are currently unable to provide assistance with international return shipping.

Returns Policy:

• 100% refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
• Items must be in their original state and packaging.
• Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment, with a deduction for the bank's processing fee for credit card and delivery payments.
• No refund on original shipping costs.
